Bruce Ohr had contact with Christopher Steele atleast once a year for ten years, with contact ramping up in 2016 – pg. 16

Bruce Ohr introduced Steele to his FBI handler – pg. 27

July 30th 2016 was Bruce Ohr’s first contact with Steele regarding the Russia Investigation – pg. 27

Glenn Simpson gave Bruce Ohr a thumb drive in December 10th 2016 regarding Steele’s election reporting – pg. 33, 48

On October 18th Bruce Ohr reached out to McCabe concerning Steele’s info and the Russia investigation, because he was concerned that the information from Steele wasn’t being “fully shared.” They held a meeting together the same day. Lisa Page was a part of the meeting. He let them know that his wife worked at Fusion GPS with Steele. He said he had not known that when he had met with Steele on July 30th – pg. 34, 36

Bruce Ohr claims he wasn’t sure the particular things he wife Nellie Ohr did at Fusion GPS – pg. 39

Bruce Ohr shared the information Steele had relayed to him from the July 30th meeting with Bruce Schwartz of the DOJ on August 4th. He claims he did this because Schwartz was like a mentor to him. He also let Zainab Ahmed and Andrew Weisman know about Steele’s info. They were present when he was relaying the information to Schwatz which took place a “few times” – pg. 40, 42, 44

At one point there Bruce Ohr held a meeting with Schwartz, Weisman, Ahmed, Strzok, and Lisa Page present. Ohr claims it Schwartz who invited Stzok and Lisa Page – pg. 45

On December 20th Ohr received another thumb drive from Gleen Simpson concering his wife’s, Nellie Ohr’s, Russian reporting – pg. 49

Bruce Ohr states he never looked at the contents of the thumb drives provided to him by Glenn Simpson, and he never signed chain of custody forms for the thumbdrives as he passed them off to the FBI – pg. 50, 51

Bruce Ohr was in Kiev meeting with Ukrainian President Yanukovych in Fall 2016 – pg. 52

Bruce Ohr was not contacted by the special counsel – pg. 54

In 2017 Bruce Ohr nolonger communicated with Christopher Steele using his DOJ email account, but something commercially public like What’s App at Steele’s request – pg. 58

In May 2017 the FBI told Bruce Ohr they were interested in re-establishing contact with Steele – pg. 58-59

Bruce Ohr gave some info to Rod Rosenstein though about his involvement with Steele – pg. 76

November 21, 2016 Bruce Ohr met with State Department Officials, including Deputy Assistant Secretary Katherine Kavalec about Russian interference in the election. Bruce Ohr communicated to Kavalec he knew Steele. Ohr had multiple contacts with Kavalac regarding Ohr – pg. 79, 83, 85

Kavalec at State Department had been communicating with Steele apart from Ohr’s commuincations – pg. 83

Steele was also in contact with Jonathan Wiener at State Department – Pg. 86

Even though Jonathan Wiener left State Department in January 2017, he was bringing over information pertaining to the Russian Investigation to the State’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement - pg. 87-88

Glenn Simpson was communicating with Victoria Nuland at State Department, which Ohr had knowledge of by way of Christopher Steele – pg. 88

Steele asked Ohr to provide him with another contact at FBI in case Ohr “ended up out” because “We can't allow our guy to be forced to go back home” “Our guy” was Steele’s primary source. – pr, 90 – 91

Steele was concerned about a German egineering company “Bilfinger,” that was being investigated by the FBI, and told Ohr, on March 16th, 2017, he wanted Ohr to contact the FBI’s agent in charge of the investigation Laura Perkins. Ohr did not contact Perkins. – pg. 91-92

On March 24th , 2017 Steele contacted Ohr because he was aware that the Senate Intelligence Committee was going to question him and he wanted to him and Ohr to coordinate their response - pg. 93

March 7th, 2017 Steele told Ohr he was concerned about the “Grassley letter” and “its possible implications for us, our operations, and our 23 sources. We need some reassurances.” – pg. 93

March 30th, 2017 Steele tells Ohr the Senate Intelligence committee is “leaking like a sieve” – pg. 94

August 6th 2018, Steele “we are frustrated at how long 3 this reengagement with the Bureau and Mueller is taking. 4 Anything you could do to accelerate the process would be 5 much appreciated." – pg. 98

Misfud is mentioned being in Ohr’s notes and a “conference.” Then Ohr’s notes go on to say Misfud is instrumental in the Russian/Saudi relationship – pg. 105, 106

Christopher Steele’s relationship to Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska is mentioned , and Deripaska’s/Steele’s communications with “Agency” guys and the government softening their position on Deripaska. Also is mentioned Deripaska’s aluminum company “RUSAL” –pg. 108-114

Kavalec from State was providing information to Ohr to “pass along” – pg. 115-116

Despite being on a banned list by the U.S. Steele had informed Ohr, Deripaska, was obtaining VISAs to visit the United States by getting the Russian Government to put him on a list official representatives – pg. 117

Bruce Ohr met with Chris Steele at the Capitol Hilton in Washington, D.C. 24 on Friday, September 23, 2016 – pg. 117

Ohr explains that Deripaska i “is a figure that controls a large portion of the Russian aluminum industry. The Russian aluminum industry, the control of that industry famous subject of a series of violent organized crime battle back in the nineties. He's been pretty notorious as having connections with different criminal groups out there. He is also very well connected with the Kremlin and, obviously, is the head of one of the biggest, if not the biggest, aluminum company in the world right now. He has a great deal if influence not just in Russia, but in many other countries. This is the kind of organized crime thing that I think the Justice Department and the FBI 6 needs to pay attention to.” – pg. 121

Talk of Michael Sussman and the DNC being Steele’s ultimate client – pg. 152

Ohr knew the information Steele was providing him was opposition research against Donald Trump, and Ohr thought everyone, Page, Strzok, McCabe, was aware of that. He knew that Hillary Clinton was paying Steele – pg. 154-156

Handling Agent 1 was introduced to Steele through Bruce Ohr in April 2010 - pg. 30

Chris Steele called up Handling Agent 1 on July 4th, 2016 saying he had urgent information , and Handling Agent 1 went to London to visit him. Steele had become concerned about the possibilities of Russians compromising Trump in the event Trump became president. - pg 59, 60, 71, 75, 77

Steele claims during this July meeting he had been "candid" with Handling Agent 1, letting him know the Democrats and Clinton supporters were paying him for this information. Handling Agent 1 says that was not the case. But he knew that Steele was somehow involved politically. Handling Agent 1 stated"it was obvious" Steele's info was politically motivated. - Pg. 97

Handling Agent 1 asked Steele who was paying for this information. Steele said he didn't know the name of the Law Firm, but he was getting his payment from Fusion GPS and Glen Simpson - pg. 99

Handling Agent 1 found Steele's accusations "explosive" and "sensational" so he sent he contacted an FBI New York Field office on July 12th and asked as how to proceed. New York told him make a report and send it to them. The report was made on July 28th or 29th . In this report Handling Agent 1 claims he relayed the information that Steele's info was politically motivated to New York. New York’s response to the report he gave them said it corroborated info they had already, and said to Handling agent 1 and says "we'll do what we need to do" - pg. 89, 93, 94, 97

Around this time Handling Agent 1 was informed McCabe, Bill Priestap, and Peter Strzok were read into this info - pg. 104, 105

Bruce Ohr then contacts Handling Agent 1 in the beginning of August. Telling him, his, Bruce Ohr’s bosses (Loretta Lynch? Sally Yates?) are very interested in Steele and his information and saying Steele should have a handler. - pg. 55, 74

Chris Steele confirmed to handling Agent 1 he was the leaker to Mother Jones, at which point Handling Agent 1 stopped working with Steele - pg. 34

Chris Steele was invited to a meeting by the FBI on October 3rd and promised 15,000 dollars by FBI's Crossfire Hurricane team for his info. Handling Agent 1 said it was a lot of money for the info - pg. 44, 118

Christ Steele was asked to divulge his sources in the October 3rd meeting, but said he was leery about doing so and did not divulge his sources - pg. 121

In the October 3rd meeting Carter Page and Flynn were discussed - pg. 127

In the October 3rd meeting the Crossfire Hurricane team gave Chris Steel an overview of the Crossfire Hurricane investigation, including providing names of persons related to the investigation, which Handling Agent 1 found "peculiar." Handling Agent 1 had never experienced divulging this sort of information to an FBI confidential Human Source in his 24 year experience - pg. 137, 138

Chris Steele leaked his information he had shared with the FBI to Mother Jones around October 31st, November 1st 2016 - pg. 33, 34

Handling Agent 1 asked Steele why he leaked to Mother Jones, and Steele said it was because he was upset that Comey the weekend before the election had announced he was reopening the Clinton Serving investigation. Having Comey reopen the Clinton investigatipn pissed Steele off - pg. 52, 53

After Steele leaked, Handling Agent 1 informed Steele he wasn't going to get paid the 15,000 dollars and officially closed Steele as a source because he was no longer reliable as far as someone who could be handled. – pg. 44

Even though Steele was no longer an official source for the FBI, Bruce Ohr continued to stay in contact with Chris Steele. Handling Agent 1 found this "surprising" - pg. 57
