For those that have watched or read Sum of All Fears is there value in watch or reading the book or does the online summaries suffice as far as understanding Q drops.
What about the Bureaucracy? I agree on Congress term limits, but doesn't the deep state get even stronger? All the have to do is wait out x years on whatever term limits are and the Congress turns over. Seems like they need some kind of limits as well to ensure they turn over frequently as well so they can't "make it for life" either.
