What if Clancy drafted a new novel and the plot was stolen by globalist and he was 187?

step 3, concoct a legend in which even Russia plays a role as "partner" in Syria and Iran relations

step 4,smuggle U1 material to Iran under Russia's nose.

step 5,with Iranian/Syrian nuke, attack a place in US and blame Russia because only Russia has U1 aside from USA. Or so we're told.
