Any anons know what this is? Local in the area posted the picture and said "This wasn't here 3 days ago."
In DC/at the White House.
I tried to reverse-image search via Google and the whole thing is broken for me right now. That's a separate issue entirely though.
Watching the White House livestream clears up some details.
1)There's many people milling in and around. Some where tossing red/white/blue banners/wreaths on the front of the top level facing the White House.
2)This is the back of the White House, not the front. The angle on the livestream shows the Washington Monument in the top left of screen, and as the Washington Monument is SouthEast of the White House, this would mean these stands are behind the North side of the White House, facing the backyard.
3)Many portapotties in the left area behind the trailer on the left hand side, next to the tree and behind the other trailer/building/whatever.
There also appears to be a small hauler/moving u-haul trailer near the trailer building on the right. Could be where the banners/ornamentation they're putting on these bannisters are coming from.
Something is being planned for the North Lawn? Anyone know?
"Inauguration" is at the Capitol, right?
