Hey Anons, if you look at what's being installed in DC (fencing, barricades, …) how much of this was existing equipment and how much is new? For the new, how much lead time would be required to produce it? What I'm trying to point out is, the installation of this additional equipment is not in reaction to current events (lead time needed) but was planned.
