Trump can't impose martial law without appearing to be taking over like a banana republic dictator and

invoking the Insurrection Act, or the 2018 EO on foreign interference in elections, wouldn't help matters, as the MSM would go crazy and he would even lose some of his base.

It is much more likely that the military group that was going to initiate a coup after Obama's treasonous terms, is still intact (the Q team) and the coup is still on the table…

And a coup initiated by a group of military officers after Biden is in for awhile, would give Trump cover, and all of the election fraud evidence would be gathered and the election proven to be illegitimate, along with the fact that the coup leaders would control the MSM and social media, so accurate information would be finally be widespread.

This would make all the arrests understandable to normies and give Trump all the backing he would need to be inaugurated.

This aligns with Q's choice of the chess game in the drops, where the most powerful piece, the queen (Trump) is sacrificed, but the game is still won. Q could have chosen hundreds of other masterful games, but I believe Q chose that one to reflect the actual plan.

Also, you cannot arrest someone for a crime until it is committed, so Biden has to become President by means of a criminally stolen election.
