If we can foresee the inevitable should this be a legitimate "option", operators certainly understand what's at risk, and will factor accordingly. Doing nothing is no longer an "option". Action will be required. I hope and trust that those responsible for calling the shots understand the details about what's at stake, and will do what is best for the Nation and the innocent citizens whom factor into these types of equations.
