An AES 256-bit key can be expressed as a hexadecimal string with 64 characters. It will require 44 characters in base64.
The insurance files are 256-bit, thus missing 4 characters. Another pointer fake.
Right, someone asked to test on the wikileaks ins files, I'm letting them know it's not worth trying bc it's too short.
Something as easy as that to decode is another pointer to this "stringer" being completely fake.
