I have a few questions on the premise of EU (Roths) with Obama/Clinton/MB for the setup of the FF on Russia for the Iran/Syrian nuke.

The EU/Turkey setup a false flag chemical attack on Syria via the white helmets in Syria. I think the intention there was to get US to strike Assad and take down his army and attack Russia soldiers, maybe to piss off Russia enough to cause a WWIII? (As their backup plan since NK failed?)

Macron was pushing for the US to strike Syria in response to the chemical FF attack. Instead US decided to hit the Syrian nuke facilities (proxy from Iran/U1). The French navy fired the missiles to take out those facilities along with US assets. Here is where I'm a bit fuzzy. Why would Macron go along with US plan to take out hidden Syrian nuke sites if EU is behind the whole plan to use the nukes to frame Russia? Is it because EU has given up on the idea of using the nukes because the plan is busted now that POTUS is in charge?

I presume the Iran nuke deal offered up $250B twice a year that EU gets as part of some kind of package aid deal. I.e. EU is guarantor of Iran deal so they get 250 B in aide?
Why couldn't the US congress audit the budget to see the 250B coming out and raise awareness at public level? Perhaps Congress getting hidden kick-backs from EU to keep quiet?
The whole thing is pretty confusing, would make for a great book except shockingly real.
