If POTUS appears to do nothing with respect to foreign influence in the election and seems powerless in the face of enemy infiltration then USMIL is obligated to step in to save the Republic. This way it is not 'anti-Biden', it's because of a Trump 'failure'. It's a helpful narrative socially.
