It accomplishes one of the MAIN OBJECTIVES [limit fallout, riots, injury, damages, etc.] by making people WANT to leave DC. And want to STAY OUT OF DC. I think that is a great message for us to push. STAY AWAY FROM DC!

A. Got to DC and face justice in a civilized way.
B. Be at home with no protection when the news breaks.
C. Suck a glock.
