Right, layers of security… USSS probably insisted they not be running around playing grab ass w/live rounds. Some of the close ups they have magazines. Are they loaded w/live ammunition, no idea. They aren't in a hot zone, it would make zero sense for them to all have live rounds loaded.
The side arms you see will have live rounds.
