This pic is from a few days ago in a So Cal. We had record rain fall last year and this lake was full. It is a closed lake as it is the fresh water reservoir for the area and fed by the Colorado River Aquaduct.
You can see But the light colored dirt how low the water line is. That was all underwater not too long ago. Where did our water go? This is not normal.
