The trials need to be done by military tribunal.
Civilians cannot normally be tried by military tribunal as long as normal courts are available.
There needs to be a military takeover for that to become legal.
The military would never overthrow a legitimate president who they recruited to run (ie: Trump).
Therefore, Biden needs to be inaugurated for the baddies to get what they have coming.
Could Biden suddenly concede moments before taking the oath in attempt to save himself and his friends from trial? Maybe. But they're screwed one way or the other. if they can't have power than they'll try to burn it all down. And the most damaging thing they an do to the country is force this military takeover.
It wasn't stolen. It was given. The state legislatures had free will and knew exactly what happened with the vote counting.
The courts can't do anything. State legislatures have free will to back whoever they want. It has been impossible to get other anons to understand this.
Proving fraud is useful to pressure Biden to concede/resign or to justify military intervention. But it makes no legal difference.
