been looking through these, some of these gov foia releases were done very sloppy. attached is some examples
in the first image i think the black bars are supposed to be redactions, you can see they overlapped one of the redacted thumbnails onto the second page unredacted,
also they seem to have intentionally cropped off the dates of upload that ought to show on the right side, these dates are present in SOME of the other foia releases in this batch.

here in this second screenshot i want to point out they have redacted a thumbnail image of what may have been Horowitz since his name is the title of the video… this one is the "Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency (CIGIE)"

meanwhile in the third screeny we got the "Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM)"
making time lapse videos of "Sandy hook"??

and as if to tease us, in the 4th image it looks like the "DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY, BUREAU OF THE FISCAL SERVICE" is flirting with blockchain tech, just wasnt quite ready to finish that draft….
