Probably my favorite meme of all time.
From an engineer's standpoint, this is spot on.
Power tools could make quick work of this fence, if somebody had the motivation to penetrate it.
This is a very astute assessment of how it is built. Can't be a mistake.
OH SHIT
This is "anti-climb" fence, yet it is flipped so there is now a crossbar that functions perfectly as a ladder rung– assuming this fence is meant to keep protestors OUT.
Logical conclusion is that it is meant to keep people IN.
