Suggestion is to look for those hex characters, perhaps in image filenames… people were digging on this image yesterday, but assumed left to right, top to bottom binary pattern (flag=1, lock = 0 or vice versa.) I got the idea to read top to bottom, left to right Chinese style. Not sure if it leads anywhere but shared it.
