It could, anon. I posted it last night. Not my own decode; it came to me thru contact with the family of a Navy fren who was a Crypto Tech.
I thought it was a good decode, so I shared.

Personally, I thought it would be interesting to see if an overlay with Gen. Flynn's "Digital Soldiers" header would produce anything.

Could drops/deltas relate to the Book of Numbers as a code and/or decode?
The story in Numbers seems to have some significance. 40 years wandering, finally getting there…idk, just thinking out loud.
