Shooter was in the sewer and shot as the car went buy. Its why witnesses claimed seeing a flash from the grassy knoll. It was from that direction but at ground level.
Sewer is big enough for a man to stand in.
There isn't anything more last minute, like in a movie, than the day before inauguration.

Had the the thought of the world watching the inauguration, but maybe that is after happenings the day before that throw it up in the air.

Its not a hard thing to understand but some people just really want to embrace the cognitive dissonance that things aren't really that bad.
Maybe happenings 1/19, declas, and then 1/20 is the round up as they still try to go through with inauguration.
But if nothing happens and 1/20 gets here, be sure that nothing crazy will happen to prevent Joe being sworn in.
Something needs to occur prior that throws it into doubt at the very least.
