BTW Anons. DDG 113, the one featured in Pompeo's tweet, is named after John Finn. John Finn was an Aviation Ordnanceman. His job was to arm the bombs and load them on to the planes to be dropped.

I just realized something about Michael's code name. in the Renaissance, artists used male models for their nude female paintings because societal norms of modesty and chastity frowned upon the use of naked females. SO whoever picked that name was Michael was telling us in essence dude looks like a lady.
I read it in an old encyclopedia book when I was a little kid, about 25 years ago. I doubt my parents kept the series. It just stuck with me. Sorry if it's been memory holed in other texts, but that's how I remember it.
