I believe Renault announced about six months ago a better battery tech. than what Tesla is using. Sort of bad for Tesla who has heavily invested in current tech.

Quantum entanglement is not supposed to cause a violation of conservation laws. It constrains which solutions apply within the set that satisfy those laws. So replacing "dark matter" (as a reason for less than expected expansion) with "entanglement" doesn't seem correct. Entanglement per-se can't cause a loss of kinetic energy.
