January 6 POTUS runs late to the Rally for his supporters, and his speech goes long, keeping his supporters at this location instead of at the Capitol when the "riots" occur.

Based on the actions of others at the Capitol on Jan 6, it has caused us to rethink any attendance of Trump supporters in DC on Jan 20.

I believe this was the desired outcome all along. DC is not where we need to be at this time. A lot of arrests may occur, and Patriots should be watching, not attending.
