Was just thinking- the Jews thought that the messiah would come to defeat the Romans. That he would show up as a warrior and soldier king to battle and defeat their enemy.
But God came as a baby. And didn’t defeat Romans but death itself 🙌
In true God fashion- it was unexpected, to say the least.
I imagine people were disappointed at first. 😃
God occasionally steps out into time and blows everything up! Never how we expect. ALWAYS better than we could hope for.
I’m so excited to see how he will bless us. Nervous, because it may be messy, but absolutely no doubt!!

A little bit ago. The board got all fucky. I could get to the Index but not able to jump on the thread. It said no server… but the posts showing were dated 1/18/21. The time had moar than 24 hours showing.
