If you remember, McCabe was forced into retirement about 6 weeks before he could get full retirement benefits. He had officially retired but was waiting out the clock. News reported he was fired right before he could draw a pension. So, if that OIG report was drafted before McCabe was fired, it would be accurate.
Correct. We don't even know that anyone was extracted from Jordan. There was speculation the BHO was, but I highly doubt it.

Even if it was another agent, the point remains, there were huge laws broken. Many felonies. And they are not doing a criminal referal??? Is this what we have to look forward to for the rest of them?
Maybe, but read the OIG report just released. It outlines many felonies committed by one agent. Yet it won't be criminally prosecuted. It's unreal.
