No codified law can override the US Constitution by simple majority vote.

 

ie: It doesn't fucking matter what the damn glossary section of a law defines something as. It could declare the United States to be defined as Wile E. Coyote's crusty brown starfish, and it wouldn't change the Constitution. it would only apply to how it is referenced in that particular law.

 

If the Constitution was scrapped and the United States was somehow magically transformed into a "Corporation" we would know about it.

 

when the Articles of Confederation were scrapped it took a 38/40 vote of congressional delegates and ratification of 9/13 states.
