Not sure if Title 10 vs 32 is important- 10 is designation for normal NG duty and 32 activates to active duty which they do for their 2 weeks or if they deploy for any extra assignments, but I do think it is important if there is NG representing every state. So far I can only verify about 1/2 the states plus Puerto Rico. Or do we only need 2/3 of the states for what they have planned?
