The "data center" that randomly burned down outside DC was actually a barn – and is DIRECTLY linked to Genova Biotech (Chinese pharma corp) who created Novaferon which a recent study shows to be an effective anti-viral against COVID-19. WTF??

Background

The barn is located at 45781 Maries Rd, Sterling, VA 20166.

If you check it out on Google Maps, it's clearly just a field with what looks to be abandoned buildings. If you check out Street View you can see there is a 2 story antenna that has been there since 2017, what is such a big antenna doing on what appears to be an abandoned property?

probably irrelevant: in 2018 some wooden triangle thing was added onto the property that you can see in the Street View link, not sure what it is but it might be related to nearby construction work.

Anyway, if you look at the sign that is sitting on the property it references a site "dulles-north.com" and mentions two names (John Dettleff and Dan Coats) and some companies (JLL and Matan). The two guys seem to both work at JLL.

I managed to find two press releases by Mataninc (company that is also on the sign on the property):

It mentions them buying 20 acres of land, but if you look at their properties these aren't listed there (as they've gone undeveloped I assume). The press articles mention an "Industrial Park", and I found a YouTube video by Matan describing their intention for the Industrial Park development in Dulles.

Interesting to note than in both the press releases, Dan Coats is wrongly called "Dan Costs". Not sure how this mistake happened in both articles a year apart or if it means anything…

The Barn

The article states it was definitely a barn that burned down, due to an explosion by a propane cylinder and there was another fire there 1-2 weeks prior:

Based on explosion, Caussin said the fire department believes it was possibly from a propane cylinder.

He said some challenges included nearby brush that started to catch fire because of the location of the barn in an open field.

The property also was never intended to be a data center, but an industrial park. Interestingly, it is located right next to Ashburn, where 70 percent of the planet’s Internet traffic flows each and every day as Ashburn is the data center capital of the world.
