Someone should check into this. Son-in-law in USCG and he’s home on a week leave. He got a call this morning at 6a.m. saying they have been placed on level 2 alert. If it gets to level 1, he has to report to nearest station A.S.A.P.. Is this all because of the panic? Dunno.
