This hit late LB and I felt it worth repeating:

I think there's merit to the thinking that any scenario which results in Sleepy putting his hand on the Bible Wednesday is of zero concern, because everyone involved with certifying the 2020 election has invalidated their authority to do so by virtue of the 14th Amendment, Section 3:

They're welcome to do whatever they wish at noon on Wednesday, as they are private citizens with no authority. It's just a bunch of old people standing on the Capitol steps, out in the cold.

Additionally, another tell that this may be the angle is that they're trying to make this very argument for removal of Cruz and Hawley.

Let's not get tripped up by the tiny detail that this was perfectly fine when Sheila Jackson-Lee, Barbara Lee of CA and now-Peach Mint 2.0 Manager Jamie Raskin did it on Jan 6, 2017.

I would imagine so, but they can't have it both ways. Either the 14A is invalid, or it's grounds for expelling Cruz & Hawley because they contested the election results.

Either way it's a #DoubleStandardDemocrats conundrum.

Why was it okay when SJL and Raskin did it in 2017, but it's "treason" when Cruz and 5 other Senators join 140 Congressmen. The Dems couldn't muster a single Senator to back their claims in 2017.

All true. Personally, I think it would be a scream to discover that the white hats had the ability to resurrect banned Twitter accounts at will.

@realDonaldTrump comes alive to give us our Q #55 Storm tweet, then we all get notifications that our individual nuked accounts are back en masse, a la Avengers: Endgame, so we can shell the internet with red pills.
