Think logically anon. Every time there is a newly elected President, the foreign dignitaries flock to DC so they can attend the Inauguration ball and parties hosted by every interest group you can name. Mainly they come to schmooz. The media splooges all over themselves about who's who and what it means for foreign relations and trade.
This time? Crickets. They're all staying home. They don't want to get caught up in the shit-show that's coming. They damn sure don't want to lose any aid money.
