So what negative impact does this have on Iran? I thought they already received the money being withheld due to financial sanctions and if they have all of the parts/supplies/tech/research for a nuke then the nuclear related sanctions are moot.

I've had a theory that Jesus and Mohammed were Jewish fabrications used to subvert the occupying empire of the time.
