Guise – the March 2020 example they cite, is that the Russian-bounty on US personnel in Afganistan "report" that came out, then later in the year a 2nd version of the "report" came out except they had changed "Russian" to "Chinese" bounties?

I am suspecting these were like test-cases, not actual intelligence, that these "reports" were based on, for the purpose of this report?
