Independent IC Analytic Ombudsman's on Politicization of Intelligence Report
I'm reading through the report and these are the failings of the IC agencies in reporting without politicization influencing the report on the Elections.
Apparently there were some agencies and C___Ns that pressured others to downplay the influence of China. But you wouldn't get that by strictly reading this report, it has to be combined with DNI's 3 page letter. The screenshot names Bill Evanina as someone who was pointed out as politicizing the intelligence info.
Certain agencies created discord and pressure on other agencies, to change their reports and ultimately delayed the report to the President and Congress in a timely manner. Not that it would have made a difference because the democrats would have lied about what the report said. That's why all of these reports must be released to the public. They are not revealing trade craft they are revealing problems in agencies that will create embarrassment, and should be corrected.

the 2nd to the last attachment is the the IC agencies saw the same amount of influence in our elections from Russia and China, but other agencies tried to dissuade these analysts to downplay or negate the influence of china
the last document Bill Evanina issued inconsistent reports to news outlets, Grennel is mentioned but it's not clear to me if he bore the blame.
It's basically like a Horowitz report but with a little more judgement on those to blame.
