AOC and the Dems are looking to abolish the First Amendment entirely, target all political opposition
As razor wire fences are erected around the U.S. Capitol, communism is rising in the halls of Congress. In violation of her oath to the U.S. Constitution, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) is looking to abolish the First Amendment entirely. After cheering on the destruction of alternative social media site, Parler; after cheering on the censorship of President Trump and his supporters across all social media channels; AOC is looking to exterminate any last vestige of political debate in the country and censure any remaining voice of dissent in the mainstream and independent media. AOC is calling on Congress to “rein in” all unapproved domestic publishers, and is demanding that lawmakers establish an official “Ministry of Truth.”
AOC and the communist Dems want to silence political opposition, shut down independent media
AOC is calling this communist takeover of speech a “media literacy initiative.” She wants the Democrat-controlled Congress to determine what the people of the United States are allowed to speak, to hear, to watch and to think. She wants to mandate a congressional “truth and reconciliation committee” to push this “media literacy initiative.” This congressional “Ministry of Truth” would target all publishers who “spread misinformation” — just as Big Tech is currently doing. Once the threat is identified, the government can then target the source and eradicate the message.
AOC wants to blacklist her critics and publicly humiliate anyone who disagrees with her hateful, destructive message of communism. She wants the power to deconstruct and demonetize the platforms that conservatives and independents rely upon to get their message out to the public. She wants absolute power to shame the sponsors, payment processors, and funding sources that her political opponents rely on, so she can strip them of their infrastructure and ability to speak up and speak out.
With Democrats in control of Big Tech, the Senate, House, and Executive branch, AOC feels as if this is her moment to shine, to be the leading voice for censorship and oppression. The desperate second impeachment of Donald Trump, (waged by power-drunk democrats and a handful of boot-licking republicans) did not follow any form of probable cause or due process. That’s because this impeachment proceeding was not about the rule of law; it was conducted to establish new precedent to empower the authoritarian Left’s war against the American people and their principles. If Trump’s speech can be blamed for inciting insurrection, then anything the Left disagrees with can, not only be censured, but also be used to convict conservatives of crimes that they did not commit. Honduran Migrant Heading to US Border: Joe Biden is Going to Help All of Us, He’s Giving Us 100 Days to Reach the US
A massive migrant caravan formed in Honduras in anticipation of a Biden Administration.
According to Center for Immigration Studies, the new caravan left San Pedro Sula, Honduras on Friday and is hoping to reach ‘paradise’ (United States) by January 20th.
The Honduran migrants busted through the Guatemala border on Saturday.
Migrants overwhelmed the border security and trampled each other as they ran through the checkpoint.
CNN interviewed a Honduran migrant who said he is heading to the United States because Joe Biden is going to help him and his fellow Hondurans.
Even Hondurans know that Joe Biden and the Democrat party support an “America last” agenda.
“What I want for my people, I just want to get to the US because they’re having a new president, with Biden, he’s going to help all of us. He’s giving us 100 days to get to the US and give us papers so we can get a better life for our kids and families,” he said.
The Honduran migrant was referring to Joe Biden’s 100 day plan to give illegal aliens a pathway to citizenship.

Switzerland to hold referendum on COVID restrictions
Anti-lockdown campaigners in Switzerland have reached enough signatures on a petition to trigger a referendum over ending the country's coronavirus restrictions.
The group, known as Freunden der Verfassung or in English, Friends of the Constitution, filed a petition with Switzerland's federal chancellery that has been signed some 90,000 times.
Under Swiss law, a petition backed by 50,000 signatures triggers a national referendum on the issue. The Swiss are well-known for their direct democracy, where citizens over the age of 18 are able to vote on how the country is run. Popular votes can be held up to four times a year.
Opponents of Switzerland's lockdown efforts argue that legislation passed by the government in September 2020 has gone too far and is "dangerous, unethical and unnecessary," according to EuroNews.
In December 2020 the government declared its intent to shut restaurants, bars, sports facilities and cultural institutions until the end of February.
Switzerland has seen a total of just under 500,000 cases of COVID-19, and has reported 8,728 deaths related to the outbreak.
Lockdown critics, like Friends of the Constitution spokesperson Christoph Pfluger, say that the government's response is “disproportionate” and “demonstrably ineffective.” They believe that the government already has the ability to manage the situation by federal decree, without additionally granting itself emergency powers.
“People and companies who have been pushed to the brink by the irresponsible dictates of the Federal Council must be helped,” Friends of the Constitution said in a statement.
The referendum vote is expected to take place in June 2021 or later, which would be at least nine months after the country's restrictions were first enacted.

The frozen NRTE pepperoni hot pockets product was produced from Nov. 13, 2020 through Nov. 16, 2020. The product has a shelf life of 14 months
54-oz carton packages containing 12 “Nestlé HOT POCKETS BRAND SANDWICHES: PREMIUM PEPPERONI MADE WITH PORK, CHICKEN & BEEF PIZZA GARLIC BUTTERY CRUST” with a “BEST BEFORE FEB 2022” date and lot codes 0318544624, 0319544614, 0320544614, and 0321544614.
The product subject to recall bears establishment number “EST. 7721A” inside the USDA mark of inspection. The product was shipped to retail locations nationwide.
The problem was discovered when the firm received four consumer complaints of extraneous material in the pepperoni hot pocket product.
The firm has received one report of a minor oral injury associated with consumption of this product. FSIS has received no additional reports of injury or illness from consumption of this product. Anyone concerned about an injury or illness should contact a healthcare provider.
FSIS is concerned that some product may be frozen and in consumers’ freezers. Consumers who have purchased this product are urged not to consume it. This product should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.

Elizabeth Klein is an experienced leader in clean energy, climate change, and environmental law and policy. Most recently, she was Deputy Director of the State Energy & Environmental Impact Center at NYU School of Law, which supports state attorneys general in defending our nation’s bedrock environmental values.
Klein served at the Department of the Interior during both the Clinton and Obama-Biden administrations, advancing high-priority initiatives such as Interior’s renewable energy program and climate change adaptation efforts. She was previously an attorney at Latham & Watkins specializing in energy and environmental law issues and served as Director of Communications and Government Relations for the National Park Foundation prior to becoming an attorney.
Klein graduated with a degree in economics from the George Washington University and received her JD from American University’s Washington College of Law.
