Martial Law imposed across the entire federal government. That stops the inauguration, allows all the traitors to be rounded up, reestablishes a clean Judicial, then the Legislative, then a new vote for Executive. Then you clean up at the state level.
There's no precedent for this. I could see it both ways where Trump continues as POTUS and CiC or where a military commission is formed and led by somebody like Gen Flynn. You can sorta look at the reintegration of the South after the Civil War as a blueprint.
