OIG sends report to DoJ for review, and then the DoJ recommends charges and hands it over to the prosecutors.
DoJ is probably waiting for the whole report. This way nobody can cry foul or anything like that.
I agree, but there will be to much backlash from the liberal-bleeding-heart types.
They make a case on a partial release, and then something falls from a later part of the report that will let them go free…no, do not take that risk.
