"The constitution for the District of Columbia operates under a tyrannical Roman law known as Lex Fori, which bares no resemblance to the US Constitution. When congress passed the act of 1871 it created a separate corporation known as THE UNITED STATES and corporate government for the District of Columbia. This treasonous act allowed the District of Columbia to operate as a corporation outside the original constitution of the United States and outside of the best interests of American Citizens. We will see later how from 1864-1867, several Reconstruction Acts were passed forcing the states to ratify the 14th Amendment, which made everyone slavesindirectly.for, following the Civil War, Congress submitted to the states three amendments as part of its Reconstruction program to guarantee equal civil and legal rights to black citizens. The major provisionof the 14th amendment was to grant citizenship to ―All persons born or naturalized in the United States."

"Here is a summary of the American debt obligation. Under International Law, if a nation cannot pay its debts, its debts are forgiven every 70 years. Individual debts should be cancelled every 7 years as sabbatical time but for a nation it is ten times that. The mortgage was renewed in 1789. In We could have comeoutthen but the debt was renewed and enlarged to pay for the beginning of the civil war. which began in 1859. We could have come out in 1929 but the nation renewed and enlarged the debt when the farmers pledged their lands to the public in exchange for public aid supposedly to save farming. F.D. Roosevelt instituted the New Deal and Land Control under emergency war powers to overcome the depression and regulate farming. The great depression began in 1929.

In 1999 we could have come out of bankruptcy but the nation renewed and enlarged the debt when it unknowingly chose to remain a military democracy instead of reverting to constitutional republic. The Clinton impeachment dealt with Public Policy as to whether or not Americans wanted to do this. We did not. One would begin to think that these events, like civil war, the great depression, and various large events were very timely?"

The Offices, Agencies, Officials and Agents in original jurisdiction still exist as a choice for the administration of our affairs, our estates, awaiting our return.It has been oft said that the military, in original jurisdiction, will stand up and protect the American people once they return to original jurisdiction. The great movement by the people to return to original jurisdiction has landed on barren ground, until NOW."

The UPU (Universal Postal Union) in Berne, Switzerland, is an extremely significant organization in today‘s world. It is formulated by treaty. No nation canbe recognized as a nation without being in international admiralty in order to have a forum common to all nations for engaging in commerce and resolving disputes. That is why the USA under the Articles of Confederation could not be recognized as a country. Every state (colony) was sovereign, with its own common law, which foreclosed other countries from interacting with the USA as a nation in international commerce.

Today, international admiralty is the private jurisdiction of the IMF, et al., the creditorin the bankruptcy of essentially every government on Earth. The UPU operates under the authority of treaties with every country in the world. It is, as it were, the overlord or overseer over the common interaction of all countries in international commerce. Every nation has a postal system, and also has reciprocal banking and commercial relationships, whereby all are within and under the UPU. The UPU is the number one military (international admiralty is also military) contract mover on the planet.
