Saw a several posts today about the DOD Law of War Manual that gave this anon a huge boost of comfy. Did my own reading of some of the sections and I’m in awe of the document. Absolute genius-level authorship. I’m still going through it, but I wanted to share some of my comfy.

Anon posits Q references to 11.3, 11.4, 11.6 are actually from the DOD Law of War manual – Sec 11 deals with mil occupation/martial law

Another anon notes the DOD Law of War Manual was posted for the first time on 6/12/15 – DJT announced his candidacy on 6/15/15 – three days later.

At first, the only issue was that as I read the DOD doc, 11.3, 11.4 and 11.6 are very specific provisions that don’t relate necessarily to indictment or arrest of parties.

-11.3 The End of Occupation and Ongoing GC (gen counsel) Obligations

-11.4 Legal Position of The Occupying Power

-11.6 Protection of the Population in an Occupied Territory

Q’s drops assign diff types of actions – arrest, indictment, etc to these numbers. Those refs don’t tie in to the specific meaning of the sections

Ex: Kevin Clinesmith [KC][11.3] from Q4621

Ex: [D} + China = 11.3

I think it’s more likely, though, that those sections were quoted in the drops to lead anons to the manual itself and specifically Sec 11 Military Occupation.

Sec 11 defines the all the rules for a Mil Occupation of a hostile territory - duties/obligations of the Occupying Power, authority of the occupying power, etc

Here’s the comfy:

Sec 11.7 covers censorship of the media by the Occupying Power

Sec 11.10.1-2 covers ordinary courts in occupied territory and gives the occupying power the latitude to suspend ordinary courts in three situations, use mil courts, and root out corruption

Those are but two provisions, but it’s obvious to this anon that this doc was written for this time and this place.

Also of absolute certainty: This is a genius document whose existence predated DJT’s candidacy by 3 days and lends a shit-ton of credence to the assertion that MILINT recruited DJT years before, as such a comprehensive doc could not have been written in a short time.
