Flynn, a military intelligence expert, gets duped by a couple of FBI agents and Comey, and ends up needing a pardon to get out of the mess.

Trump has the election stolen from under his nose while HE is in the White House. I have never heard of a stolen election by the party not in power anywhere in the world.

Instead of using the powers of the Executive to undo the stolen election results and bring perpetrators to justice, Trump and co. roll over while protesting with some tweets and speeches, losing the White House and the country in the process, acting as if they lost a game of Monopoly.

The judges appointed by Trump also refuse to hear any cases or otherwise protect the election.

Cities were burned by rioters for months without consequences for the rioters, mayors and governors who permitted it. The coronavirus was allowed to come into this country while the health "experts" were twiddling their thumbs, giving conflicting information and complaining that China didn't "let" them help the situation in Wuhan.

If team Trump was so incompetent, how tf did they manage to get elected in the first place and stay in office for the full term?

Even lay people know not to talk to the FBI without a warrant. Why would Flynn, who is a seasoned military intelligence expert, fall into a trap so easily?

Re the 3 branches of government: Not all executive powers were used, nor warnings given by Trump in any meaningful way that there would be consequences. For example, financial pressure could have been used, the NG used earlier in CHAZ, as well as other locations. When you're the President, there are many tools at your disposal.
