The quotation is a misquote. POTUS actually says in vid "You guys know what this represents? …Maybe it's the calm before the storm." (Actually seems to say "I don't know" in the middle… hadn't noticed that before, or paid attention.)

Also "Trump" is odd way to attribute this. Most anons would say POTUS or DJT depending on context.
