Timestamp 16:06. Charlie reads a message he received from someone at a mid-sized TV station reporting that an FCC official and 2 badged gentlemen visited them and were directed to prepare for all their programming to be pre-empted from 8AM Weds for up to 72 hours.

Also, who's to say that the 4chan post was not made as a result of seeing the video of Charlie stating that in the video originally posted on Robt. David Steele's sight?

I did get RDS's email just after 7PM which included a link to the video. Assuming it took them a while to make the video, edit and then upload it, my conclusion is that Charlie made first mention of this. Just saying.
