Even before the election there were a lot of rumours Joe Biden was not in any kind of physical or mental health to perform the duties of POTUS. There is no doubt they are willing to sacrify Joe Biden to not only win sympathy from general public(like mini WTC) but to get Kamala Harris as President which was always their main plan. They are likely trying to frame Q and Qanons(us) for it to get several birds with one stone. If I was in charge of military units, I would order to detain Biden and Harris before inauguration if intel showed any kind of indications someone was going to pull this kind of plan.
In fact FBI already considers this movement as domestic terrorism and just on monday they claimed some of us are planning to disguise ourselves as NG soldiers.
