In regard to if anyone impersonates a federal officer (and getting paid by someone- i.e. getting paid to create a Telegram account of a sitting federal officer :

18 U.S. Code § 912 - Officer or employee of the United States:

Whoever falsely assumes or pretends to be an officer or employee acting under the authority of the United States or any department, agency or officer thereof, and acts as such, or in such pretended character demands or obtains any money, paper, document, or thing of value, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

yes…totally agree. starting with pelosi calling up the DOD to get them on "her side"/ impeaching Trump with no real effect/ drunk/ . To all Biden's gaffes/ basement/ alztimers/ moronic policies/ I could go on an on but everyone here already knows.

 

It has often occured to me that they "all" seem to be acting (at best) or truly are kindergartners.

thats strange he would post that. I have seen that video of young trump stating that he was always surprised with the people he thought he could trust vs. the people that he thought he couldn't and yet the latter turned out to be more trustworthy.
