The words "at altitude" meaning what, exactly?
No offense, but they're sub-hunters.
Sub-hunters usually work in lower altitudes, like >2k.
Are they way up, or down low to the deck? Tells us what they're doing, fren.

It's really not. Just Long Beach. Just a few elsewhere, and having a few stacked up off ports isn't really uncommon at all.
