Hollywood star James Woods just courageously called out Bill and Hillary Clinton after a federal judge ruled that lawyers representing Virginia Roberts Giuffre must “destroy” files they obtained on late billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

He tweeted this along with a link to a Newsweek article stating that senior U.S. District Judge Loretta Preska had ruled that Giuffre’s lawyers had come into possession of documents that they had gathered on Epstein improperly.
The documents were from a 2015 civil suit Giuffre had filed against Epstein. And, the papers contained the names of individuals with whom the billionaire conducted business.

Judge Preska ruled that the files “shall be destroyed” because they could only be used during the civil lawsuit proceedings, which had already been settled. Not stopping there, Preska also demanded proof that all the documents were destroyed.
“Counsel shall submit an affidavit detailing the steps taken to do so,” the judge added.
Attorney Alan Dershowitz Furious
Preska issued this ruling after attorney Alan Dershowitz requested access to the documents. Giuffre has claimed that Dershowitz was one of the men that Epstein forced her to have sex with. Dershowitz believes these documents could clear his name and prove that he never did such a thing.
“I oppose the destruction of evidence that may contain smoking gun proof that my false accuser made up her story,” Dershowitz said in response to the judge’s ruling. “I want all the evidence preserved because I have absolutely nothing to hide. I did nothing wrong. The evidence to be destroyed may also contain proof of wrongdoing by others. It should be preserved for appeal and for history. Destroying evidence risks destroying truth.”
Epstein killed himself in prison last year after allegedly having “sexually exploited and abused dozens of minor girls at his homes in Manhattan, New York, and Palm Beach, Florida, among other locations.” He also allegedly “created a vast network of underage victims for him to sexually exploit.”

Epstein was a friend of Bill Clinton’s. The former president flew on Epstein’s private jet nicknamed the “Lolita Express” many times. Clinton even left his Secret Service detail behind on a few of these trips, which has raised eyebrows about what exactly was going on during these flights.

A federal judge on Tuesday ordered the unsealing and release of dozens of documents in a now-settled civil suit involving Ghislaine Maxwell, the jailed and accused co-conspirator of the sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, but afforded the longtime Epstein associate a measure of privacy by ruling that salacious portions of testimony about her sex life swill remain private.
The Tuesday hearing presided over by Judge Loretta A. Preska involved the release of documents in a settled lawsuit between Maxwell and Epstein accuser Virginia Roberts Giuffre, something sought by the Miami Herald, and the biggest point of contention was a July 2016 deposition by Maxwell. That deposition was forced on her after she was deemed unresponsive when she sat before Giuffre’s lawyers in an April 2016 deposition. Much of that grilling had to do with her sexual behavior and that of Epstein.
Preska acknowledged that the public thirst for details about Maxwell might go “unsatiated,” but determined that Maxwell’s sex life was adult consensual behavior that should remain her private business. The judge gave all parties until Jan. 27, absent an appeal by Maxwell’s lawyers over the redacted portions, to unseal and make public a voluminous number of documents.
The documents include the names and testimony of people who until now have been known as Doe 1 and Doe 2, individuals who have talked about their testimony and do not object to it being made public. Also being made public are all references in documents to Alan Dershowitz, the celebrity lawyer who represented Epstein and with whom Giuffre alleges she was forced by Epstein and Maxwell to have sex. Dershowitz strongly denies the allegation and also has dueling defamation suits with Giuffre.
The judge held that several other Does — people who gave testimony but may not want it made public — would remain under seal or redacted from the documents being released until their individual determinations are made. A deadline of Jan. 29 was set for objections to the unsealing of a new batch of documents, all of which are being subjected to possible release when Preska ruled over the summer in favor of a public-records lawsuit by the Miami Herald.
The virtual court hearing was interrupted briefly when Preska was notified that a listener was broadcasting the proceedings live to YouTube, something prohibited.
“We have had enough of a lack of rule of law around here, let’s try to observe it,” Preska said, warning that the person could be identified and charged if it didn’t stop.
The fight over the unsealing of Maxwell’s depositions in the U.S District Court for the Southern District of New York took on greater significance after she was charged last summer with four counts of sexual trafficking of a minor and two counts of perjury related to statements she made in each of the two depositions. Maxwell’s legal team has argued unsuccessfully that federal prosecutors obtained the two depositions in violation of a protective order barring release of materials from the civil suit.

A routine court hearing on the unsealing of documents in a civil case against Ghislaine Maxwell was overwhelmed Tuesday by more than 14,000 followers of the insane QAnon conspiracy theory.
A conference line used by reporters and the public to listen to the remote proceeding was at capacity. A YouTube personality who managed to get access to the hearing broadcast it on his channel to more than 14,000 listeners who shared bizarre conspiracies about a global sex trafficking cabal in a livechat.
Word of the livestream reached Manhattan Federal Judge Loretta Preska, who halted the hearing.
“Whoever is doing this, you are operating against the law. I suspect there’s a way to find out, so I will ask you most respectfully to stop doing it. We’ve had enough of a lack of the rule of law around here, let’s try to observe it,” she said.
The YouTube stream was then cut. Court rules ban recording or rebroadcasting of hearings.
Maxwell is awaiting trial on charges of grooming victims of Jeffrey Epstein in the mid-1990s. Preska is overseeing the lengthy process of unsealing documents in a civil suit brought by Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre against Maxwell.
Epstein’s underage sex trafficking scheme is fodder for QAnon conspiracy theorists who believe the world is is controlled by Satan-worshipping cannibalistic pedophiles.
Maxwell has pleaded not guilty.
