Word on the street is that Iran used the Obama payout to buy weapons and missles from Russia to be used against Israel and the Saudis. Those missiles being launched from Yemen for example. The deep state NK weapons program was also moved from NK to Syria (open source). Israel has been targeting these assets in Syria.
The deep state is basically a communist regime using radical Islam as a cover.
