Strange activity over DSM.

N888US flew low and slow over the southern end of downtown Des Moines and then departed southeast under my direct observation using the Mark I eyeball. PAT847 is in the pattern for landing at DSM.

We don't see Little Birds around here. Ever. This one is Fed not military.
