Noticed same because annoying af.
Note it always happened when it switched to Trump talking about condemning violence etc.
Only time it cut concerning above was the last time, mid-word which seemed strange at that point as it was always a sequitur before. And then it froze on the last transition back before his lips finished curling around the word.
