Already getting the blame..And the FBI takes a knee…

QAnon supporters may try to pose as National Guard to infiltrate the inauguration, FBI says

A report from the FBI given to law enforcement outlined concerns that adherents to the baseless conspiracy theory QAnon may try to disrupt Wednesday's presidential inauguration by posing as National Guardsmen.

The briefing, which was first reported on by The Washington Post, suggested that QAnon followers considered dressing as Guardsmen to bypass security.

The National Guard revealed on Monday that it was already vetting members to weed out soldiers expressing extremist views.

The Federal Bureau of Investigations warned law enforcement on Monday that adherents to the QAnon conspiracy theory had discussed posing as members of the National Guard to infiltrate Joe Biden's inauguration ceremony on Wednesday, the Washington Post reported.

Doing so, they believed, would help infiltrate the high-security areas of the inauguration.

Ex-Guantanamo chief prosecutor calls for ‘DOMESTIC WAR ON SEDITION,’ suggests GOP congressman more guilty than Gitmo detainees

Retired US Air Force Col. Moe Davis spent years prosecuting alleged Islamist terrorists at Guantanamo Bay, but now his sights are set on domestic threats, including the Republican congressman who beat him in the 2020 election.

“I was chief prosecutor at Guantanamo for over two years, and there's far more evidence of Congressman Madison Cawthorn's guilt than there was of guilt for 95+ percent of the detainees,” Davis said Monday on Twitter.

It's time we start a domestic war on sedition by American terrorists.

The message was accompanied by photos of Cawthorn (R-North Carolina) and another freshman member of Congress, Lauren Boebert (R-Colorado). Davis, a former Democrat congressional candidate, didn't specify in his tweet what actions by Cawthorn might constitute sedition, but Democrats have called for his removal from office for saying that President-elect Joe Biden's election victory was fraudulent and using such language as “fight back” to allegedly incite the January 6 US Capitol riot.

NY Governor Threatens Lawsuit if Biden’s COVID-19 Relief Bill Doesn’t Patch State’s $15B Budget Hole

With the loss of taxes due to COVID-19-related closures and a massive increase in state service programs, the New York state government has projected a $59 billion budget shortfall by 2022.

During a budget presentation in the state capital of Albany on Tuesday, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo threatened to sue the incoming Biden administration if it fails to deliver on COVID-19 pandemic aid.

“If Washington doesn’t provide New York state with our $15 billion fair share, we will pursue litigation,” Cuomo said, according to the New York Post. “The legal crisis is legally and ethically Washington’s liability. President Trump is gone. But the damage to New York remains. The COVID assault on New York state in the spring was due to federal negligence.”
