Okay I get what you are saying and I am pretty sure I have even seen the docs where City of London is on the DC charter but what I do not understand is how does that action dissolve and/or suspend the Republic.

To me the DC Charter going to USA Corporation is a non sequitur.

I just do not understand the 'final step' to get City of London to own the USA.
